Digital Product

PRO is a digital report generated after payment. Because access is delivered immediately, refunds are not automatic after the report is unlocked.

When We Help

If Stripe charged you but the unlock did not complete, or a duplicate payment occurred, contact support with the payment email and checkout time so we can investigate.

Processing

Approved refunds are sent through Stripe to the original payment method. Bank and card network timing may vary after a refund is issued.
